UNACCEPTABLE
- − Offensive verbal comments based on identity or technology choices.
- − Deliberate intimidation or threats.
- − Stalking or harassment (in person or online).
- − Deliberate disruption of performances or events.
- − Unwanted physical contact.
- − Unwanted sexual attention or advances.
ENFORCEMENT — applied progressively by severity

WARNING
The person is spoken to directly; why the behavior is unacceptable is explained, and change is expected.

REMOVAL FROM EVENT
The violation is stated and the person is removed from the event; their participation in future events is monitored.

PERMANENT BAN
The person is removed and permanently barred from all future events.
Anyone subjected to or witnessing such behavior should contact an organizer immediately. At events the organizing team will be identifiable. Reports are taken seriously and acted upon appropriately.
